For this situation, usually has two reasons:

1.Not install well

2. Ink cartridge chip dirty


Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead.

Step2: Clean the ink cartridge chip (contactor points) with eraser or alcohol cotton swab. As shown

in Picture 1-2.

Please clean it, then re-install, if not work, try clean again, and install again.

If necessary, clean also printer contactor points, as shown in Picture 3.


After 2 times, it still not work, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDAITELY for solution.



Instruction for Refilling ink (For reference)


The ink cartridge can be refilled through the holes under the label, which can save

you a lot of money, very economic !

Take 802 ink cartridge for exemple:


Step 1:

Lift the label and determine the color of the holes with the toothpick. (Do not throw away

the label. When finished, the label need stick back. If the label is missing, use the tape.)



Step 2:

Insert the needle into the correct hole (insert deeper) and inject ink slowly into the

cartridge. If your ink bottle hasn’t needle, you can use general medical injector, draw 

and inject ink. The recommended amount of ink injection is 4-6ml (about 1/3 of the ink

cartridge’s capacity,NOT TOO MUCH). Then stick back the labels.

Order cancellation
